The 21st CENTURY LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR PROGRAM FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION IS COMPOSED OF 3 ELEMENTS
1. Those responsible for driving the change are invited to apply for an external program, ILLUMINARY LEADERSHIP, where A-players from different companies help each other rise to their highest potential. It´s a 12 month journey where members get inspired by cutting edge trends in technology, business and spirituality and cross-fertilize with Visionary people from other environments to avoid tunnel vision.
2. Selected (promising) leaders, intrapreneurs and fiery souls participate in an IN-HOUSE 9-12 month FUTURE LEADERSHIP program, enabling participants to lead the future. This program is delivered in pods of max 12 people to allow individual attention for each. For example, one pioneering pod could start in fall, then two more could start in spring, and so on.
3. The rest of the organization gets grafted with the new OS through
a) distribution of book describing the 7 facets of 21st Century Leadership,
b) access to online training in these 7 facets of 21st Century Leadership including nudging to actually use the tools
c) regular talks/workshops /on-demand “Illuminary rescue” learning labs about the different aspects of the new operating system.
The core curriculum of ILLUMINARY LEADERSHIP, the In-house program LEAD THE FUTURE, the online training and the book is similar.
What differs is the LEVEL of leadership and the INTENSITY of the transformation.
