Letter from Einstein to his daughter: Love is the most Powerful Force in the Universe
I often find inspiration in the scientist Albert Einsteins quotes.
My favorites are these:
On the need to shift to a higher level of consciousness:
“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”
On the creative power of attitude:
“The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile universe.”
On the fact that science is not a fixed Truth – we keep evolving our understanding of everything:
“As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality.”
Apparently he even said:
“One thing I have learned in a long life: that all our science, measured against reality, is primitive and childlike — and yet it is the most precious thing we have.”

On why diversity is essential for innovation:
“It is important for the common good to foster individuality: for only the individual can produce the new ideas which the community needs for its continuous improvement and requirements — indeed, to avoid sterility and petrifaction.”
To be honest, I don´t know if dear Eisnstein really said all the wise things that are attributed to him.
The following is controversial – some say it´s not true, but I heard about it from the serious Danish spiritual teacher, Jes Bertelsen, so I decided it to go with it.
To me, this letter to his (step)-daughter is the most important manual for the 21st Century:
…”When I proposed the theory of relativity, very few understood me, and what I will reveal now to transmit to mankind will also collide with the misunderstanding and prejudice in the world.
I ask you to guard the letters as long as necessary, years, decades, until society is advanced enough to accept what I will explain below.
There is an extremely powerful force that, so far, science has not found a formal explanation to. It is a force that includes and governs all others, and is even behind any phenomenon operating in the universe and has not yet been identified by us.
This universal force is LOVE.
When scientists looked for a unified theory of the universe they forgot the most powerful unseen force.
Love is Light, that enlightens those who give and receive it.
Love is gravity, because it makes some people feel attracted to others.
Love is power, because it multiplies the best we have, and allows humanity not to be extinguished in their blind selfishness. Love unfolds and reveals.
For love we live and die.
Love is God and God is Love.
This force explains everything and gives meaning to life. This is the variable that we have ignored for too long, maybe because we are afraid of love because it is the only energy in the universe that man has not learned to drive at will.
To give visibility to love, I made a simple substitution in my most famous equation.
If instead of E = mc2, we accept that the energy to heal the world can be obtained through love multiplied by the speed of light squared, we arrive at the conclusion that love is the most powerful force there is, because it has no limits.
After the failure of humanity in the use and control of the other forces of the universe that have turned against us, it is urgent that we nourish ourselves with another kind of energy…
If we want our species to survive, if we are to find meaning in life, if we want to save the world and every sentient being that inhabits it, love is the one and only answer.
Perhaps we are not yet ready to make a bomb of love, a device powerful enough to entirely destroy the hate, selfishness and greed that devastate the planet.
However, each individual carries within them a small but powerful generator of love whose energy is waiting to be released.
When we learn to give and receive this universal energy, dear Lieserl, we will have affirmed that love conquers all, is able to transcend everything and anything, because love is the quintessence of life.
I deeply regret not having been able to express what is in my heart, which has quietly beaten for you all my life. Maybe it’s too late to apologize, but as time is relative, I need to tell you that I love you and thanks to you I have reached the ultimate answer! “.
Your father Albert Einstein
Modern leadership training – or any other training for that matter – should aim at unleashing this untapped resource.
It is the only resource no one can take away from anyone as long as the heart beats.
It is likely the most effective resource at keeping our inner and outer immune systems healthy and strong.
And it is in it´s essence, the solution to all of our problems.
If we learn how to let Love flow freely, from and to us, we become invincible.
My dear goddess-colleague Schikoba Sommer said to me: “Sofar we have been trying to beat evil with more evil such as force and war.
The only thing we have not yet tried is Love”.
I believe she is right, and this is why my leadership trainings take place in an energy full of Love and Light that is contageous and make participants flourish and able to pass on the missing ingredient, Einstein referred to.
In our illuminary leadership lab, we are often astonished at what miracles and magic we experience when we apply “the most powerful force in the universe” from the inside-out.
It cannot be faked though, so practise is what brings forth Mastery.
And any type of crisis is a catalyst, because it opens the heart.
May Humanity succeed at creating lots of atomic Love-bombs that can spread the power of Love at the speed of Light.
PS: Regarding the controversy surrounding this letter: “‘The writings were not donated by Einstein himself, nor his daughter, Lieserl. The letters were donated by Margot Einstein, the scientist’s stepdaughter,’ claims Diana Kormos – Buchwald, editor – in – chief at the Einstein Papers Project.
