My recommendation is that you do the physical exercise first, if you can, and enjoy a meditative moment with the song below afterwards.
When you get to the song, it´s recommended that you use earphones, close your eyes, decide for an intention, and let go of all thoughts, concerns, speculations and feelings while listening. Every time you get a thought or a feeling, allow it to pass by, as clouds in the sky.
Then you will be able to think far better afterwards and receive much better ideas.
